The hotel claimed to be five stars, but I was pretty frustrated. Our room was so far away from everything. It took forever to get anywhere. The pools were overcrowded and the entertainment was subpar. We also found the extra charges for things like premium drinks ridiculous. This stay felt overpriced and underwhelming. I wouldn't rush back.

The hotel offered a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful with requests. The variety of food at breakfast catered to many tastes. Several pools provided options, including an adults-only area if families with kids were too noisy.

the pool umbrellas did not tilt. It was hard to find shade during the hottest parts of the day. I felt I needed to move to a shady place.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower it was quite comfortable for the nights I spent there the soundproofing worked well and the space was more than adequate for one person
